Located about 5 km from Fonterutoli in a direct line, it extends over 20 hectares, entirely planted with Sangiovese, at an average altitude of 300 meters.
The soil, with a medium texture and calcareous, with a very rich texture, is characterized by limestone formations, represented by white calcareous marl. The mixed-clone composition vineyards are planted at a density of 6,300 to 7,400 plants per hectare, cultivated with simple and bilateral spur cordon-training. Due to its pedological and climatic conditions, the area is strongly indicated for the production of grapes that yield wines that stand out for their concentration and color.
