Made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small percentage of Merlot grapes, is the wine which represents the winery in all its extent. Soft, very well structured and long, it shows the most modern expression of the Maremma Territory.

Harvest: hand picked from September 10th (Sangiovese), from September 12th (Cabernet Sauvignon)
Fermentation temperature: 28-30° C
Period of maceration: 16 days (Sangiovese), 18 days (Cabernet Sauvignon),
Aging: in small French and American oak barrels (225 lt. / 30% new) for 12 months.
