Made from Sangiovese grapes with a little percentage of Merlot, it is characterized by the combination of aroma, softness and a good structure, which makes this wine an extremely modern, pleasant and gratifying beverage.

Harvest: hand picked from September 13th (Sangiovese), from September 3rd (Merlot) and from September 18th Cabernet Sauvignon
Fermentation temperature: 28° - 30° C
Period of maceration: 12-15 days
Aging: in stainless steel tanks, then in small French and American oak barrels (225 lt./10% new) for 9 months.
Bottling: December 2004
Production: 250,000 bottles
