Fonterutoli's "petit vin", made primarily from Sangiovese grapes with a little percentage of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The combination of aroma, softness and a good structure makes this wine an extremely modern, pleasant and gratifying beverage.

Total acidity: 5.7 grams per liter
Location of vineyard: Badiola: 450 m.(1,476 ft.), west - southwestern exposure Fonterutoli: 450 m. (1,476 ft.), west - southwestern exposure
Training system: cordon trained, spur pruned
Harvest: hand picked from September 15th (Sangiovese), from September 5th (Merlot) and from September 25th (Cabernet Sauvignon).
Fermentation temperature: 30° C
Period of maceration: 12-15 days
Aging: in stainless steel tanks, then in small French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Bottling: February 2004
Production: 200,000 bottles
Formats: 750 ml.
