The stairs lead up from a Fonterutoli courtyard, covered by rose bushes, to the “Roseto” apartment, a pleasant surprise from the very first glance.

An ample living area, varied and with a distinct personality, invites guests to live the Chianti experience to the fullest: the large kitchen, the living room and the parlor are designed for different uses and decorated accordingly, giving each guest a chance to express his or her preference.

The three bedrooms feature private baths and independent access; the traditional style furniture blends perfectly into the atmosphere of an old country home. They are given an original touch with oriental objects that match the modernity of the floors, in red resin, to create an exceptional effect:

The luminous windows look out on beautiful perspective views of terra cotta roofs. The pool, nestled in a small, well-tended garden, is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of the three Roseto rooms.

The Roseto formula we propose is one of a kind. The three independent bedrooms, or the entire apartment, are run as a luxury Bed & Breakfast: each morning, breakfast will be prepared in the apartment’s kitchen, and served in the sunlit dining room.
