The entrance to the B&B Fattoria is from the ancient Roman street in the real centre of Fonterutoli. Restoration has been finalised  May 2008 paying maximum attention to all details. The result is an estate intended for luxury, without loosing the atmosphere of a Chianti country house. A feeling of warm and pleasant welcome leaves the guests feeling at ease upon arrival to the apartment . The B&B is composed of a kitchen with a huge fireplace and a living room with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. In addition there are 2 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with 2 beds and 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 beds, joined together by a bath (perfect for a family). Upstairs a room with a Loggia with a view of an incredible landscape. Fattoria can be rented as single rooms or as an apartment composed as a preference by 4 or 5 rooms: breakfast will be prepared and served in the apartment’s kitchen
