This indigenous blend of Sangiovese and Alicante grapes is exceptionally reach, aromatic and pleasurable. It represents the most intriguing and innovative expression of the Tuscan Maremma wine area.

Training system: spur cordon- training
Nr. of vines per hectare: 6.600 plants
Harvest: hand picked from September 12th (Sangiovese); from September 1st (Alicante).
Fermentation temperature: 28-30° C
Period of maceration: 14/16 days
Aging: in small French and American oak barrels (225 lt. / 30% new)for 12 months.
