Enoica 2017, the second in “road” version, took place from 21 to 24 April. 3 stages for a total of 300 km through Chianti Classico, Montepulciano, Val d’Orcia and Montalcino and back to Chianti.

60 bikers attended the race, among them the ex world champion Maurizio Fondriest and a first-rate staff, and many enthusiastic comments from everyone. The path had been carefully studied and tested with even demanding climbs but wonderful cities, villages and breath-taking panorama.

Good food and good wines were not lacking: the first night the dinner in the Mazzei cellar, with the Mazzei wines and food by the Osteria di Fonterutoli. Followed by a nice dinner at the Toraia in Sinalunga, with Chianina steak and Poliziano wines and the last night the dinner at Boccon Divino in Montalcino with the Ciacci Piccolomini wines.
