Sparkle Project: meeting with the students in Fonterutoli

As part of the Sparkle Project we received a special visit from the students of San Michele all'Adige Institute (Trento), who came to the Castello di Fonterutoli.

We talked about the use of technology in our vineyards: the mapping of the soil through the use of electromagnetic waves, the monitoring of our agricultural vehicles via GPS to control the times and methods of the operations performed. The students were very happy with this experience, and so were we!
